Midwest Closet Supply Return Policy

A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED TO ALL RETURN PRODUCTS FREE OF DEFECTS.

Midwest Closet Supply will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home. You must contact us within 30-days for return instructions. Failure to do this may affect our ability to process the return and credit your account. You will need to visit our Contact Us page and notify us. 

Our products are shipped from individual manufacturers. Please retain all shipping cartons, as well as any additional internal packing material in the event that you need to return an item. Upon receipt of the returned product and/or return Tracking Number, a credit will be issued to your account within 30 days, or no more than two credit card billing cycles. When returning merchandise directly to our manufacturer, it is critical that you provide Midwest Closet Supply with the return Tracking Number, so that we can verify the return, and apply any necessary credit. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and any original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund. To expedite your return, please supply Midwest Closet Supply with the order #, the billing name and address,  "Ship To" information (if different from the billing information), your return Tracking Number, as well as a reason for the return.   

Midwest Closet Supply Damaged Goods and Replacement Policy 

ANY ALTERED, MODIFIED OR SEMI INSTALLED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 

Your satisfaction is most important to us. Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt!  Midwest Closet Supply must be notified within 30-days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please contact us during regular business hours via email on our Contact Us page and let us know the problem. Failure to contact our office within 30-days will void our Returns/Damaged Item Replacement policy.

If the package appears to have been slightly damaged during transit, please write "Package Damaged" on the slip when you sign for it so there is a record. If the package is severely damaged you can refuse to accept delivery. Please inform us if this happens so that we are aware of the situation and can replace your order if necessary.

We reserve the right to supply replacement parts whenever possible to correct any damaged or defective component of an item. Replacement parts often eliminate the need to return an item, or to replace the entire unit. Such replacement parts, will be sent via regular ground delivery at no cost to the customer. When a damaged product is returned, the credit will be made less any shipping costs due.
